Keep related listings' quantities in step, stop overselling

Group a 1-pack, a 5-pack and a 10-pack of the same item, tell the app the unit quantity of each, and after every order it recalculates what each listing can still sell. Link bundle listings to their components the same way.

Turn supplier orders into restocks and purchase history

Paste the order page text, drop in a screenshot or import an order file. Reorderfy extracts the items, matches each line to your SKUs, receives the stock and records the purchase against every SKU and supplier.

Prices in USD, billed by Shopify every 30 days. A paid plan of a second or third suite app is 20 % off while the store pays for another suite app. Free, Growth and Pro plans keep up to 20,000 SKUs in step; Enterprise has no limit. You can change plans at any time inside the app: nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan, you simply cannot add past its limits, and shared-stock groups over the limit are paused until you are back within it.

Questions

Do I need all three apps?

No. Each app is complete on its own. Install the one that solves your problem; if you later add another, it reuses the catalog and settings already on the store and its paid plan is 20 % off.

What do the apps read from my store?

Products, variants, SKUs, prices, costs, images, inventory levels, locations and sales channels, plus the line items of orders and refunds so quantities and sales figures stay right. Customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, notes and IP details are removed from every order before anything is written. Details are in the privacy policy.

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with 30 days free. Shopify shows the exact price and trial end date on its approval page before you confirm, and the charge appears on your Shopify bill.

What happens when I uninstall?

Uninstalling takes effect at once. Your products, pictures and stock figures stay as they are. Bundle listings remain ordinary, purchasable products; a mix & match listing loses its picker and checkout step. Before you uninstall, the Settings tab lists the bundle listings that would change and can set them to draft in one click. Your store's data is deleted after the last suite app is removed, following Shopify's data-redaction schedule.
